Human rights policy

Articulate recognizes the inherent dignity and the equal and inalienable rights of all members of the human family as the foundation of freedom, justice, and peace in the world. This policy reflects our commitment to conduct our business operations responsibly, respecting human rights and labour standards globally.

Purpose

This policy outlines our commitment to respect and support human rights as defined by the International Bill of Human Rights and the principles concerning fundamental rights set out in the International Labour Organization's Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work. We aim to be proactive in identifying and addressing any adverse human rights impacts related to our business activities

Scope

This policy applies to all employees and full-time overseas contractors (referred further on as employees) and partners of Articulate Marketing.

Objective

The primary objective of this Human Rights Policy is to integrate respect for human rights into all aspects of Articulate Marketing operations and business relationships. We aim to:

  • We commit to conduct our business in a manner that respects the rights and dignity of all people, including but not limited to employees, customers, and community members.

  • We do not tolerate forced labour, child labour, or any form of exploitation in our operations and supply chain.

Environmental Stewardship

Implementation and Monitoring

  • Our Human Rights Policy will be integrated into our business operations and decision-making processes. Regular training will be provided to employees at all levels to ensure they understand their roles and responsibilities in upholding our human rights commitments.
  • We will conduct periodic audits and assessments to monitor compliance, effectiveness, and progress towards our human rights objectives via our impact report.

We will review this policy at least once a year and it may be updated at any time.
